HiMARC - Post-Graduate Recruitment

Client: Heroes In Mind, Advocacy and Research Consortium (HIMARC)

Goal:

To attract and recruit talented postgraduate students, we worked with HiMARC to create a pair of videos that could be incorporated into a funnel strategy for recruitment. The first video was designed for broad reach around the impact of HiMARCโ€™s work, and presenting how โ€œyouโ€ could make a difference with them. This would help filter new applicants into a group who already share the same view as HiMARC. The second video is positioned around the Director of HiMARC, Suzette Bremault-Phillip, and her vision for the world they hope to create with their research. If a candidate resonates with this vision video, then we know they have a strong alignment with HiMARCโ€™s work and this is a positive fit for both parties.
